I am very pale and want to try St Tropez. In the end, what shade of foundation I need? I use Shiseido Sun Protection Liquid Foundation become brighter. And what's better, spray, lotion or mousse?

I think the spray would probably be better, but St Tropez is not always effective. I recommend any of Johnson's Holiday Skin lotion or spray Naturasun:)
